Are you a passionate BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in early childhood intervention? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client , a top-tier early intervention program dedicated to helping young children achieve developmental milestones in a structured, pre-school-like setting .
This center-based role is designed for a BCBA who values naturalistic and compassionate care , moving away from rigid compliance-based methods in favor of play-based, developmentally appropriate teaching strategies . The goal? To help children ages 2-6(7) develop essential skills to transition into a less restrictive environment -a traditional preschool or similar educational setting .

What You'll Be Doing :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans ( your choice of assessment tools! ).
- Design and implement naturalistic, compassionate behavior intervention strategies that align with early childhood development principles.
- Provide consistent RBT supervision ( 10% best-practice model ), ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development for RBTs.
- Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 8-10 clients , ensuring personalized care.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams (educators, speech / OT therapists) to promote pre-kindergarten readiness .
- Engage in a culture of teamwork and feedback , contributing to the center's growth as a top-tier provider in the community .
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and best ABA practices .
- Participate in a single interview with the Clinical Director- streamlined hiring process!
What We're Looking For :
BCBA Certification Required
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, feedback-driven culture
Passion for naturalistic, compassionate ABA and early childhood development
Ability to supervise RBTs consistently (10% best-practice model)
Experience working with young children ages 2-6(7) in a pre-school-like setting ( preferred )
Strong communication skills to work effectively with families, caregivers, and staff
Experience preferred , but newly certified BCBAs with a passion for early intervention are encouraged to apply!
