Are you a passionate BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in early childhood intervention We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a toptier early intervention program dedicated to helping young children achieve developmental milestones in a structured preschoollike setting .
This centerbased role is designed for a BCBA who values naturalistic and compassionate care moving away from rigid compliancebased methods in favor of playbased developmentally appropriate teaching strategies . The goal To help children ages 26(7) develop essential skills to transition into a less restrictive environment a traditional preschool or similar educational setting .

What Youll Be Doing :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans ( your choice of assessment tools! ).
- Design and implement naturalistic compassionate behavior intervention strategies that align with early childhood development principles.
- Provide consistent RBT supervision ( 10% bestpractice model ) ensuring highquality service delivery and professional development for RBTs.
- Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 810 clients ensuring personalized care.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams (educators speech / OT therapists) to promote prekindergarten readiness .
- Engage in a culture of teamwork and feedback contributing to the centers growth as a toptier provider in the community .
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA state regulations and best ABA practices .
- Participate in a single interview with the Clinical Director streamlined hiring process!
What Were Looking For :
BCBA Certification Required
A team player who thrives in a collaborative feedbackdriven culture
Passion for naturalistic compassionate ABA and early childhood development
Ability to supervise RBTs consistently (10% bestpractice model)
Experience working with young children ages 26(7) in a preschoollike setting ( preferred )
Strong communication skills to work effectively with families caregivers and staff
Experience preferred but newly certified BCBAs with a passion for early intervention are encouraged to apply!
