Position: LPN / LVN (Nursing)
Location: Watertown, NY 13601
Pay Rate: $33/hr
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Shift: 12hr Eve
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patient health data
- Administer basic patient care (e.g., wound dressing, injections, medications)
- Assist with daily living activities for patients
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to healthcare team
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of LPN experience required.
- Facility Experience: Must have experience in either Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- License: Active and valid New York (NY) LPN license required.
- Certification: BLS (AHA) certification required.
- EMR System: Experience with eMAR - PointClickCare preferred.
