Position: LPN / LVN (Nursing)
Location: Watertown, NY 13601
Pay Rate: $33/hr
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Shift: 12hr Eve
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patient health data
- Administer basic patient care (e.g., wound dressing, injections, medications)
- Assist with daily living activities for patients
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to healthcare team
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of LPN/LVN experience required.
- Facility Experience: Will consider candidates with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience, not just LTC.
- License: Active New York LPN license (required).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA (required).
- Residency Rule: Permanent residence of the traveler must be at least 60 miles away from Watertown, NY.
