Job Title : Nurse Supervisor - House (Nursing)
Location : Watertown, NY 13601
Pay Rate : $68 / hr
Guaranteed Hours : 36
Duration : 13 Weeks Contract
Shift Type : 12 hour Nights; 7pm-7am
Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 60 miles from the facility."
Key Responsibilities :
- Staff Supervision : Oversee and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants, ensuring they provide appropriate and effective patient care.
- Patient Care Coordination : Ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care, including monitoring patient conditions, managing admissions and discharges, and addressing any patient care concerns.
- Resource Management : Allocate nursing resources effectively, including managing staffing levels, adjusting schedules as needed, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
