Job Title : Nurse Supervisor House (Nursing)
Location : Watertown NY 13601
Pay Rate : $68 / hr
Guaranteed Hours : 36
Duration : 13 Weeks Contract
Shift Type : 12 hour Nights; 7pm7am
Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 60 miles from the facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Staff Supervision : Oversee and support nursing staff including RNs LPNs and nursing assistants ensuring they provide appropriate and effective patient care.
- Patient Care Coordination : Ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care including monitoring patient conditions managing admissions and discharges and addressing any patient care concerns.
- Resource Management : Allocate nursing resources effectively including managing staffing levels adjusting schedules as needed and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
