Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
- Provide mobility support by helping patients move, reposition, and walk safely.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation, following proper lifting techniques.
- Support nursing staff by performing routine tasks such as changing bed linens, feeding, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Minimum of [Specify Experience, e.g., 1 year] experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
