Requirements:

• Current and valid Concord. NH CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license required
• Minimum 1 years of SNF/LTC experience as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) within the last 2 years, with no exceptions
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
