RN - Unit Manager | Travel/Contract | Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Unit Manager for a 07-week travel/contract assignment in beautiful Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. Both local and travelers are welcome to apply.

Job Details

  • Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Weekly Pay: $2,080– $2,400

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
  • Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania RN License.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience, including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
