Pay Rate: $60.00
Contract Length: 17 weeks
Schedule: 40 hours
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee and manage nursing operations on the unit. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, leading and mentoring nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You will serve as a leader in the clinical setting, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and work closely with patients and their families to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a specific unit within a healthcare facility, including supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs, and ensure that appropriate interventions and treatments are provided.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Jersey Shore, PA 17740: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
