Unit: Inpatient Rehab, Behavioral Health, Med Surg
Shift: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00p - 7.30a
Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend, No call

Position Requirements
- Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
- Inpatient Rehab Nursing experience: Current 2 years – Required
- Float to Behavioral Health and Med Surg units - Required
- Prior Travel Nursing experience – Highly preferred
- Epic experience – Highly preferred
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
- RN License for State of MI - Required
- BLS Certifications from AHA - Required
- Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Inpatient Rehab units.
- Assess patient health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care on all assigned patients.
- Plans and prioritizes patient care functions to meet patients' health care needs.
- Float to Behavioral Health and Med Surg
- Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and established policy.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided to ensure quality care and patient related issues are completed in a timely manner.
- Self-Management and accountability for delivery of responsible patient care, demonstrates effective communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Assists with over sight of non-clinical and support staff personnel
- Current EMR is Epic
