- HOLIDAY COVERAGE
- 48 HOUR CONTRACTS (will take 36 as well)
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO
- MUST WORK 1 MAJOR HOLIDAY
- 11/11 STARTS - 10 WEEKS
- 11/18-12/9 STARTS - 8 WEEKS
- Must live 75 Miles away from facility
- Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in IMCU/PCU and documents travel experience.
- 2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License
- RTO MUST be included at time of submission
- EMR Exp Required: EPIC
- Unit: IMCU
- Shift: 6:30am-7p (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
- OT: After 48
- Floating Required: Yes
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- Common Diagnosis - Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Resp: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post op.
- Specialty Equipment-Temp pacer, Chest tubes, A lines, Bipap, Neptune Vapo
- Required drips & Medications -Insulin, Cardizem, and Heparin, Nitro, Cleviprex, Precedex, Dopamine, Amiodarone, Cardene, Dobutrex, Neo all required – exception for 1-2 if all others present/competent, just note in your notes so manager can make decision based on what skills are needed most at that time.
- Vents: Yes-chronic vents -unable to wean- RT to assist.
