Job Title: Full time Director of Rehab (DOR)
Location: Tacoma, WA 98409
Pay Ranges (Hourly) DOR-:
- Occupational Therapist (OT): $45–$50
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): $36–$40
- Physical Therapist (PT): $45–$50
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): $35–$39
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): $47–$52
Duration: Full time
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Guarantee Hours: 40
Days: Monday - Friday
(Only for US Citizens)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department.
- Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- 2 years of DOR experience ideal.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid state and therapist license (PT, OT, or SLP) and proven experience in rehabilitation management. "Required"
