Urgently Hiring for Permanent Director of Rehab (DOR)

Job Title: Permanent Director of Rehab
Location: Tacoma, WA 98409
Pay Rates:

• DOR - Occupational Therapist (OT): $45 - $50 per hour
• DOR - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): $36 - $40 per hour
• DOR - Physical Therapist (PT): $45 - $50 per hour
• DOR - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): $35 - $39 per hour
• DOR - Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): $47 - $52 per hour

Duration: Full time
Shift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

(Only for US Citizens)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department.
• Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state and therapist license (PT, OT, or SLP) and proven experience in rehabilitation management. "Required"
