We are seeking a Registered Nurse - GI Lab (Nursing) for a travel/contract position in NY. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Location: Rochester, NY 14626
Pay Rate: $60/hr
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 10hr Day
Guarantee Hours: 40
Position Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of GI Endoscopy RN experience (required).
- Epic experience (required).
- RN License: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license for New York State.
- Certifications: BLS Certification (required).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Fully trained in prep/recovery and intra-procedure assistance
- Assist physicians in endoscopic procedures with an LPN
- Handle procedures including:
- EGD, Colonoscopy: Biopsy, APC, hemorrhage control, dilation, foreign body removal, decompression
- ERCP: Stent placement/removal, biopsy, dilation
- ESU: FNA, specimen collection
