We are seeking a Registered Nurse (Nursing) for a travel/contract position in New York. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Location: Rochester, NY 14621
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Schedule: 8-Hour Days; Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guarantee Hours: 40
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and document progress.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred).
- License: Valid RN License for New York State.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
