- Leadership & Supervision : Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Policy Development & Implementation : Develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and promote best practices in patient care.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee patient care activities to ensure that care standards are met and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Budget Management : Manage the nursing department's budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
