We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a travel / contract position in PA. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Location : Jersey Shore PA 17740
Pay Rate : $66$68 / hr
Duration : 05 weeks contract
Guarantee Hours : 40
Shift : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM
Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Supervision : Lead mentor and manage the nursing staff including recruitment training performance evaluation and professional development.
- Policy Development & Implementation : Develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and promote best practices in patient care.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee patient care activities to ensure that care standards are met and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Budget Management : Manage the nursing departments budget ensuring the effective allocation of resources while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
