Guaranteed Hours : 40
Shift : 8hr Days; 8a4p; 4p12a; 12a8a
Job Description : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide highquality personal care and support to patients in their homes helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature pulse and blood pressure
- Provide light housekeeping duties including meal preparation laundry and cleaning
- Assist with mobility including transferring clients from bed to wheelchair and ensuring safe movement
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and safety regulations
- Document care and activities accurately
