Location: Ocala, FL

Must have: Steel Estimating, Sales experience
We are seeking a knowledgeable Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing metal specifications, technical details, and contract terms.
Responsibilities:
Handle estimating and negotiations for infrastructure projects focused on Miscellaneous Metals and Structural Steel
Generate leads, engage with general contractors and clients in sectors such as municipal, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Create quotes by thoroughly reviewing construction plans and specifications.
Perform detailed material take-offs and secure pricing for small structural steel and miscellaneous metal items like stairs, railings, ladders, grating, and access platforms.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in mathematics, analysis, and problem-solving.
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
High level of attention to detail and precision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
