About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Lab Manager to lead operations at our certified environmental testing lab. You’ll be responsible for overseeing lab activities, ensuring data accuracy, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality testing standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily lab operations and reporting
- Ensure accuracy of testing for inorganic, organic, and microbiological samples
- Oversee quality control and client deliverables
- Lead and train lab staff
- Maintain lab documentation and data systems
- Manage lab equipment and facility upkeep
- Handle purchasing and budgeting for the lab
- Work closely with leadership and other departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
What You Bring:
- Degree in chemical, environmental, or biological sciences (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
- Minimum of 24 chemistry credit hours
- Relevant lab experience (2 years for Bachelor’s, 1 for Master’s, 6 months for PhD)
- Microbiology credits if applicable
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with lab management systems
- Willingness to meet physical job requirements and sign company agreements

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
