This role is responsible for overseeing the safety, quality, and productivity of construction crews while completing projects for our customers. The successful candidate will serve as a hands-on leader, ensuring all crew members adhere to safety protocols and performance standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in the electrical services industry, with a strong background in leading a crew and reviewing plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements.
In addition to their technical expertise, the selected candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and the public.
