As Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out multiple administrative tasks which keep the fleet department running efficiently and in compliance with company, State, and Federal rules and regulations.
- Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
What You'll Do
Ensure timely approval and completion of services, per preventative maintenance schedules
Coordinate scheduling of maintenance and inspection programs with the field operations
Maintain working knowledge of local service and maintenance providers
Provide weekly maintenance cost for fleet related expenditures
Maintain and review maintenance file records
Track equipment inventory and transfers on a weekly basis
Identify vehicle and equipment needs
Administer and track driver qualifications
Maintain weekly data entry and reporting functions electronically
Work with each area stakeholder to ensure NPL-Specified fleet needs are met
Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
High School diploma or equivalent
Intermediate MS Office suite skills
Strong communication skills with experience in handling external agency inquiry and reporting

Work Environment
Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
