Reporting to Operations Leadership, you will be a hands-on leader for your crew who takes ownership over coaching, training, and developing others. You will need to understand the big picture to plan the work and execute tasks safely, while completing projects on time.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate equipment, and crews from start to finish ensuring resources are in place, and the job is completed safely
- Coach on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work
- Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities
- Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamwork
- Complete paperwork, reports, and status updates
- Resolve work issues
- Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications
- Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
