Facility Operations Manager needed to lead the daily operations of our Capitol Heights, MD facility.
Project Goals
The goals of this project include providing high-quality document conversion services for the IRS and ensuring the productivity, quality, training, and supervision of team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, control, and conversion of source materials.
- Work closely with teaming partners for coordination of production, quality, and staffing.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to increase productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager or related management experience.
- 2 years' experience with supervising 20 staff or related management experience.
- Active IRS clearance required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Excel background preferred but not required.
