Full-time, salaried position with a growing, upscale, security firm in Franklin, TN. This position is a Corporate Security Manager for one of our large corporate clients with headquarters located in Brentwood, TN. This position will contribute to and oversee a comprehensive security program for our corporate client to include but not limited to armed security, armed security guard scheduling, training, security subcontractor management, client liaison, threat and vulnerability assessments, law enforcement liaison, oversight of day-to-day security operations, and more. Position is located in Brentwood, TN. Normal duties are usually carried out Monday-Friday, but some weekends may be required.
Qualifications:
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Valid Armed guard card/license, as required in the state of Tennessee
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client-specific sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
Abilities:
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat

Duties:
• Oversees all day-to-day security operations at client company HQ and campus
• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
• Obtains help by sounding alarms
• Responds to Alarms
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; preventing and restraining trespassers
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, policy violations, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
• Maintains secure environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements
• Ensures operation of security equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques
• Sets and maintains schedules of other security agents
• Liaisons with local Police, Fire, and EMS services
• Liaisons with security sub-contractors
• Develops, implements, and regularly updates training curriculum for all security staff as well as other company employees
• Completes annual performance review of all security personnel
• Completes and presents Bi-annual threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments of company HQ and campus
• Plans and executes detailed security operations for special events
• Performs Executive Protection duties as needed
• Safeguard facility and campus to include property, employees and visitors
• Enforce all security and safety policies/procedures
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as needed
Compensation:
$55-$65K per year depending on qualifications. Performance-based year-end bonus. Four (4) weeks Paid Time Off plus all federal holidays
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
