Together with EXOS, Centurion Health is the proud provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a part-time (1 day per week) Dentist to join our team at Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility located in Logansport, Indiana.
The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD
- Active, unrestricted Indiana license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- Ability to pass background screening
Available Shift
- Day Shift
- Monday - Friday (choose 1 day)
- 8-hour shift
- No nights, holidays or weekends
