Annual Salary: $64,000.00 to $84,000.00 Depending on License and Experience
Forensic Health Services, a Centurion company, is proud to be the provider of Forensic and Mental Health Services to the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health Court Clinic Programs.
We are seeking a full-time Recovery Court Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LISW) to join our forensic court clinic services as a critical member of the of the Framingham Recovery Court in Framingham, Massachusetts.
The Recovery Court Clinician will provide support and professional guidance to the drug court participants and provide clinical recommendations to the Drug Court teams. Working closely with probation, who has ultimate responsibility for case management, oversight of court conditions, and reporting to the Judiciary, the drug court clinician will be available to the Drug Court team to consult, advise, and problem solve with team members on cases individually and collectively.
The Recovery Court Clinician will function as a full member of the Recovery Court Team and will serve to:
- Provide clinical screening, psychosocial assessments and treatment planning for drug court referrals as needed, in conjunction with the probation officer and in accordance with Adult Drug Court operational procedures
- Assist in level of care and treatment recommendations for participants as needed
- Educate the Drug Court team on clinical perspectives
- Assist with care coordination and referrals of participants to treatment
- Assist with building linkages with and engaging community based service providers to help enhance the success of Drug Court participants
- Help engage participants and their families, in consultation with the Drug Court team, to maximize participant success
- Coordinate and partner with probation, and participates when appropriate, on home visits and community contacts
- Provide testimony, if required, to the court on the status of each participant
- Recommend adjustments to the treatment plan for the participant model in collaboration with the Drug Court team
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm

Qualifications
- License in the state of Massachusetts as an LICSW, LCSW or LMHC; other licensures may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, preferably over 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
- LADC-1 certification and bi-lingual preferred but not required
- Demonstrated exceptional communication, organization, and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team
- Willing/able to travel within the state.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain security clearance where applicable
