Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Facilitator to join our team. This position is based out of our Regional Office in Nashville, Tennessee, but travel throughout the state will be required for the role.
The Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Facilitator is responsible for providing training and support to the Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) in Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) institutions. This includes pre-screening applicants for CPRS training, providing the CPRS training, providing ongoing education for all CPRS trainers, and performing other duties as required to support the CPRS program.
Qualifications
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist in Tennessee
- Must be certified by the TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a CPRS trainer that can teach the required 40-hour training to become a CPRS
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance required
- Must be able to travel statewide up to 50%
