We are currently seeking a full- time Manager of HR Administration to join our HR team.
The Manager of Human Resources (HR) Administration (Corporate) is responsible for providing leadership and management to the HR Administration Team by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against goals, ensuring feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly. This professional facilitates efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the organization, analyzes and directs all functional related activities pertaining to how employee data is processed, managed, and maintained, and delivers exceptional customer service to field-based operations through training and support initiatives or communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution required
- Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mid-to-large HR Department
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing a team of HR professionals
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) / Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
- Familiarity / experience with Paycom HCM preferred
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to think critically and look for ways to increase efficiencies in operations
