Key Responsibilities
- Handling all inquiries via call/text/email
- Running errands (closing docs, lockboxes, etc.)
- Filling in when needed to help the team, which includes managing paperwork, emails, follow-ups, marketing, posts, etc.
Schedule
- Mon-Fri start time at 8 am in office
- Weekend availability for calls, texts, and/or emails
- More skills you learn, more flexible your schedule can be
Bonuses
- Available based on performance and increasing business revenue
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the real estate sales cycle from start to finish, including pre-listing preparation, active listing management, and post-closing touch points.
- Stay organized using systems to manage tasks, paperwork, and communication.
- Handle tasks as they arise, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and agents.
