Real Estate Agent Recruiter - Hybrid Remote CENTURY 21 Scala Group seeks a full-time Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join our current Recruiting Team. Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of real estate agents, both new and experienced. CENTURY 21 Scala Group is ranked the #1 most productive CENTURY 21 Office in Connecticut! You’ll be responsible for reaching out to candidates who are in the real estate license exam / testing phase (to be hired as brand new agents) as well as experienced agents, ensuring their abilities align with our standards, and evaluating if they’re a good culture fit for our team. This position is hybrid remote with a flexible schedule. The majority of work can be done remotely with live interviews of real estate agent candidates at our location. Compensation : 1st yr $70,000 - $90,000, 2nd yr $100,000 - $125,000 Responsibilities :
- Recruit entry-level and experienced agents with high growth potential via outbound calling, emailing, Social Media, and networking events
- Utilize various technology platforms / systems, social media, and CRM
- Maintain CRM to incubate recruit leads
- Make daily outbound calls to meet recruiting goals
- Provide weekly status updates / pipeline reports
- Communicate our company culture and value proposition to potential recruits
- Meet goals for new hires
- Schedule and conduct live and virtual recruiting interviews Qualifications :
- Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson license or CT Brokers license required
- Minimum 1 year Real Estate sales experience required
- Experience using CRM software platform required
- Spanish bi-lingual a plus, but not required Compensation : $70,000 - $90,000 1st yr
