CENTURY 21 Scala Group seeks a full-time Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join our current Recruiting Team. Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of real estate agents, both new and experienced.

You’ll be responsible for reaching out to candidates who are in the real estate license exam/testing phase (to be hired as brand new agents) as well as experienced agents, ensuring their abilities align with our standards, and evaluating if they’re a good culture fit for our team.
This position is hybrid remote with a flexible schedule. The majority of work can be done remotely with live interviews of real estate agent candidates at our location.
Compensation: 1st yr $70,000 - $90,000, 2nd yr $100,000 - $125,000
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
