POSITION DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Revenue Audit Clerk I
Department: Finance/Revenue Audit
Reports to: Revenue Audit Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY
The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Revenue Audit Clerk I is also responsible for compiling and auditing revenue records, control documents, and preparing reports for all areas of the casino. Revenue Audit Clerk I is responsible for auditing all areas of casino operations and preparing exception reports for all errors.
ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interact with all guests and team members to positively influence the guest and team member experience. Demonstrate resiliency when faced with difficult situations under all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.
- Complete reports associated with daily audits that are performed.
- Prepare exception reports for all errors discovered during the audit process.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same.
- Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel. Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
- Maintains awareness of promotions on property that affect scheduling and daily workload.
- Responsible for auditing paperwork of previous day’s activities in various areas of casino operations including the daily audits of Table Games, Food and Beverage, Cage, Winner’s Zone, W2Gs, Keys, Card and Dice, Prox, and Pan Log.
- Basic knowledge of company’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s), Internal Controls, Title 31, company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a gaming environment with exposure to bright/flashing lights, crowds and above average noise levels.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
Knowledge:
- Must be able to use all equipment and software associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard, 10-key calculator, and telephone.
- AAS in Accounting preferred by not required.
Other:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification relating to the position.
- Must complete all required company training.
