Job Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Plumbing Technician, your role will encompass:
- All Plumbing Services and Repairs
- Leaks, Clogs & Drain Services
- Hydro-Jetting Services and Scheduled Maintenance
- Sewer and Storm Line Services
- Underground Leak Service and Repairs
- Leak Detection and Isolation
- Sump Pump Repair and Services
- Riser Pump Repair and Services
- Backflow Testing and Certifications
- Backflow Service, Repairs & Replacement
- Cleanout Mapping and Indexing
- Water Metering Installations
- Plumbing Cameras and Scopes
- Gas Lines and Piping
- Earthquake Valve Installations
- Toilets & Urinals Service and Upgrades (Auto-flush Conversions)
- Fixture Replacements and Upgrades
- Re-piping and Retrofitting
- On-Call Service Reponses
