Duties
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Implement safety protocols on the construction site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, including progress updates and change orders.
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations with clients and subcontractors.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in using Prolog or similar construction management software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including Civil 3D software for design purposes.
- Familiarity with project coordination techniques and effective project scheduling practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing construction sites effectively while ensuring quality control.
