What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Administrator position at Century Design, Inc.?
We are looking for a qualified sales administrator to join our sales team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, and provide support for the growth of our sales team and systems.
We are looking for someone that is comfortable in a small business environment and is a fast learner. Experience with manufacturing or technical products is a plus.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, demonstrates excellent communication skills, is organized, customer focused and highly computer literate.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
· Process orders via email
· Check data accuracy in CRM, quotes, orders and invoices
· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
· Maintain and update sales and customer records across sales and company systems.
· Develop monthly sales reports
· Communicate important feedback from customers internally
· Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
· Ensure customer related tasks are scheduled properly and deadlines are met for sales team
· Communicate internally with engineering and production to ensure customer orders are processed and key milestones are met.
· Supporting submission of sales quotations
· Procedure writing and implementation support across company as needed
· Coordinate customer meetings and calls
Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
· Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
· Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting system
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Ability to work under strict deadlines
· Ability to work with a remote sales team
· Strong understanding and experience in customer service via written and verbal communication with customers.
· Manufacturing experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.56 - $25.84 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
