Job Overview
We are currently expanding our sales organization for our robotic microscopy solution in point-of-care clinical applications. If you’re in the sales administration field, this opportunity may be for you.
Summary
Supports the sales organization and senior team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information and resolving problems. Serves customers by providing information, responding to requests, and resolving problems. Interfaces with accounting, contracts, and field support to help coordinate sales activities.
- Manages and maintains Hubspot.com database of sales leads and contacts.
- Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing and forwarding sales pipeline reports
- Resolves promotional allowances, rebate and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; forwarding resolution to managers.
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
- Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Arranges demos by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Improves sales administration function within the company.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
