Position Description: Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk (B-2-B)

Classification: Full-time employee (W-2)(hourly)

Location: Rockville, MD 20850 (on-site 40 hours/week – Monday – Friday)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are enjoying excellent growth and need to add an Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk positionin our Rockville, MD Distribution Center. As our selected candidate you will be working in an extraordinary team and enjoy the opportunity for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

· Daily reconciliation of incoming payments vs system

· Assist with bank reconciliations, internal cash deposits and daily collections

· Work with internal sales force regarding collections

· Assist with the collection and review of driver’s paperwork

· Incoming Customer Phone Calls

· Cross-training on department functions

ABOUT YOU:

· Ability to deal with heavy volume

· 3-5 years working in Accounts Receivable

· Computer skills i.e. MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

· Being well-organized is a must

· A background check is required

· Work on-site (Monday – Friday) is required
