Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of incoming payments vs system
- Assist with bank reconciliations, internal cash deposits and daily collections
- Work with internal sales force regarding collections
- Assist with the collection and review of driver’s paperwork
- Incoming Customer Phone Calls
- Cross-training on department functions
- Ability to deal with heavy volume
- 3-5 years working in Accounts Receivable
- Computer skills i.e. MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Being well-organized is a must
- A background check is required
- Work on-site (Monday – Friday) is required
