Summary
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing gross profit percentage, and creating and updating service work orders to be dispatched.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Developing a relationship with customers and partners to serve as main point of contact.
- Review and approve invoices.
- Reviews services and manage Gross Profit Percentage
- Review and submit proposals for correct Gross Profit Percentage and makes changes as necessary.
- Updates system with notes, customer approvals and dispatch work orders and complete follow up phone calls on completed services.
- Review weekly operations and open work order reports
- Manages Customer email box
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors Degree and 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
