What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Assistant/Receptionist position at Century Golf Partners Management?
Description: The Membership Assistant will assist the Membership Director and act as the Receptionist by greeting and assisting members and guests at the clubhouse and on the phone.
Skills: Requirements include, but are not limited to: Must be able to work with young children. Must wear appropriate attire as per Club policy. Must be fluent in microsoft Excel. Must have web base experience. Must have a professional attitude and manner. Must work all scheduled shifts. Must work scheduled overtime.
Duties: Duties include, but are not limited to: Be present at all times at the reception desk. Greet every member/guest in a friendly manner. Assist with member newsletters, emails, and marketing media, including all social media platforms. Maintain lobby board reflecting the days events. Establish and create print materials for club communication. Assist the Food & Beverage department with print materials. Plan and execute Family Night activities, working with young children.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
