Job Responsibilities :
Process invoices
Obtain W-9s from vendors prior to payment; assist with distribution of 1099s
Assist with month end closing ensuring work orders / invoices are closed or matched to a purchase order
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Identify and research outstanding invoices
Experience Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years' of AP processing relevant experience
Full cycle AP experience
High Volume invoice processing, at least 100 invoices per day
