- Facilitate communication between field teams and accounting, ensuring accurate financial data sharing.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee key accounting functions, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Prepare and present financial data at monthly division reviews, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement financial policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA is strongly preferred, demonstrating expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
- A minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in job costing, general ledger management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prior experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Capable of supervising the job costing team and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Exhibit a detail-oriented and analytical approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements to enhance financial operations.
