- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory counts in a professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring service standards are met.
- Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates to customers as needed.
- Assist with documentation and compliance for customs-related shipments.
- Must have previous logistics industry experience.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience working with shipment tracking and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) for reporting and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address and resolve customer concerns.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while managing high volumes of customer interactions.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation is a plus.
