- Serve as an HR Business Partner for a manufacturing environment, ensuring HR initiatives align with operational goals.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage HR processes efficiently.
- Audit and review employee timecards using ADP Enhanced Time, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support employee relations, addressing workplace issues and fostering a positive work culture.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Prior manufacturing industry experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) with the ability to use the system independently.
- Proficient in ADP Enhanced Time for auditing timecards and managing attendance records.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to review timecards and HR data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and auditing skills.
- Prior experience in employee relations, performance management, and workforce development.
