About the Role
This position serves as a strategic and tactical business partner, collaborating closely with the General Manager and leadership teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. You will be expected to leverage both your analytical and interpersonal skills to drive process improvements, lead effective recruiting efforts, and proactively address employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Onboarding : Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and new hire orientation. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the right talent fit for each role.
- Employee Relations : Provide guidance on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- HR Administration : Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes using ADP Workforce Now and Enhanced Time.
- Technology & Process Improvement : Evaluate and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy of HR tasks.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Prepare required reports and maintain accurate records.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
