- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Report certified payroll via LCP Tracker, DIR, or other required platforms as needed.
- Handle out-of-cycle payroll for terminations and adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings in a professional manner.
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations, prevailing wage laws, and company policies.
- At least 7 years of multi-state payroll processing experience is required.
- Experience with certified payroll reporting for government contracts and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of prevailing wage laws and related payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel for reconciliation and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict payroll deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multi-state payroll processing.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees, HR, and management regarding payroll concerns.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion.
- Experience in the construction or government contracting industry is a plus.
