- Implement and lead an annual budgeting process to guide business planning in coordination with various operating groups.
- Translate and communicate insights from financial statement and transactional data analysis to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the utilization of business intelligence reporting tools to analyze data and identify trends for pricing, purchasing, or inventory optimization decisions.
- Help establish and monitor key operating metrics to drive business efficiency.
- Create ad-hoc analyses aligned with business strategy to monitor progress and support revenue growth, gross profit margin, and working capital improvements.
- Must have experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze financial statements and transactional data.
- Show proficiency in using business intelligence reporting tools.
- Exhibit strong skills in establishing and monitoring key operating metrics.
- Have experience in creating ad-hoc analyses to support business strategy.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to manage and mentor a financial and operational analysis team effectively.
