Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our FP&A function. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the SD of FP&A will play a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, and analysis across our business to support Senior Management, Operations, Capital Market Relationships and other departments. This role will manage a team of analysts in our Shared Service Center and partner closely with Operations to enhance financial performance and ensure accurate, data-driven decision-making.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned.

• Forecasting and Budgeting : Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
• Financial Reporting : Oversee the development and evolution of monthly and quarterly financial reporting (internal and external), ensuring accuracy, synthesized insights, and timely delivery.
• Operational Reporting : Drive the evolution of key operational reporting, enabling continuous tracking and improvement at scale.
• Variance Analysis : Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for budget vs. actual results, identifying key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
• Scenario Planning : Develop and maintain scenario models to assess the impact of various business decisions and external factors on the financial performance.
• Ad Hoc Analysis : Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as required by senior management to support decision-making and refine forward-looking assumptions.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning and analysis processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Systems : Develop our financial & operational reporting tools to support greater operational spans of controls in coordination with IT and other groups.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with various departments, including operational leadership, to gather data, understand key business drivers, drive operational improvement, and ensure the accuracy of financial models.
• Management : Oversee the performance and development of FP&A analysts in our Shared Service Center (Mexico).

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. Must be able to travel to Shared Service Center occasionally.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
